Delivery Costs:
All prices for UK deliveries ONLY.

Next Day Delivery (order by 12 pm) Guaranteed by 1 pm Monday to Friday from £8.89.
Special Next Day (order by 10 am Friday) Guaranteed by 1 pm Saturday from £13.59.
All options will be available on the checkout and will automatically calculate by the total weights.
Delivery:
All delivery prices quoted are for UK delivery only.
Please get in touch if you need a quote, for postage outside the UK.
Delivery times are from the time of dispatch. Delivery costs will be calculated by the weight at checkout.
In line with our chosen delivery partner, we cannot guarantee delivery of items on a Saturday. Except for Special Next Day Saturday delivery.
The time scales of delivery are indicative and not a guaranteed time frame. We cannot be held responsible for delays to your delivery which relate, either directly or indirectly, to issues caused or associated with our chosen delivery partner. As such we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for such delays.
All orders are dispatched by our chosen couriers. Orders placed before 3 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday after (unless it’s a bank holiday, then it will be the Tuesday). All Express orders have to be ordered before 10 am.
We cannot be held liable if You select an incorrect delivery method. We will not be held liable if a UK delivery method is chosen and a non UK address is entered.
We cannot be held liable for an incorrect shipping address being entered at the time of order. If we believe an address has been incorrectly entered, then an attempt will be made to contact you. If we are unsuccessful, then we reserve the right to wait until you contact us in relation to your order.
Lost items are not deemed lost by couriers until 14 days after posting. We are in no way responsible for any lost items. Any replacements for lost items will be dispatched at our discretion.
We cannot replace or refund lost or stolen goods in transit without a full postal investigation and trying to determine what went wrong. We may also not refund or replace goods until the postal insurance pays out
On the rare occasion that the items you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you by email within 24 hours, to let you know the new delivery date.
You will receive a confirmation of order email. We will email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
Packaging:
Here at Nomad's Bazaar we're really concerned about the footprint left by our packaging.
We have managed to source recycled & recyclable cardboard & packing tape, as well as bio-degradable bubble wrap.
Please can we ask that you find the right recycle bin for the spent packaging, we will be eternally grateful.
Prices & Payment Terms:
The payable prices for goods that you order are set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates, and are correct at the time of entering the information.
We will take payment upon receipt of your order from your debit or credit card.
We will accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you didn't provide us with the correct payment details.
If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the order from you, we have full right to suspend the order until payment has been received.
This does not affect any other rights we may have.
Returns:
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for returning an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Faulty Goods:
If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 14 Days to return it.
Parcels or items damaged during transit must be reported to Nomad's Bazaar within 24 hours of delivery.
If the parcel's 24 hour deadline for reporting damaged parcels during transit has past, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Returning Goods:
If you are unhappy in any way or have simply changed your mind about any goods purchased from Nomad's Bazaar.
Please get in touch within 14 Days of receiving the items you'd like to return.
You will then have 14 Days to return the goods after notifying us.
But, does not mean that products can be worn or damaged (by customer) before a customer sends them back.
The refund will be made to the debit/credit card used for the purchase.
Providing the goods reach us in exactly the same condition we sent them out to you. All original packaging must be intact. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
Please contact us for the return address.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and tractable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us on 07927 641256 ASAP.
If your goods have been dispatched before cancellation, you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items.
